  1. This is a good product but I think that an important disclaimer is that anyone using them should take the time to do a good dynamic warm up to get loose and prevent injury. Plyometric training puts a lot of pressure on joints and you must treat your body gently and compassionately or pay the price for it if you don’t. After you finish a workout with these it is imperative to do some static stretching to lengthen and relax your muscles, and rehydrate the body by drinking lots of water. This will help your body recover from the training better, and help you to get more out of it.

  2. The jump soles are not that effective. The calf is not the muscle group that really increases your ability to gain inches on your vertical. I was able to find success with vertical exercises and training, and I’m the closest I’ve ever been to throwing one down.

  3. Even though there is a lot of negative reviews and comments about jumpsoles training shoes, there are always people who will want to believe that they work. Maybe they can make them work for them; it’s probably just not for everybody.
